We are committed to helping each Team Member with life after the MEC.

Upon graduating from our two-year programme, there is either room for further professional development as part of the MEC, or support in seeking further employment elsewhere. Time and again we’ve been able to see our Team Members break free of the cycle of reoffending. The person who served you today is in a better cycle – of achievement, commitment and self-worth.

6 years of the mec

In the past 6 years we have seen 73 team member with our 12 month re-offending rate at just 2 percentage, compared to the UK average of 29 per cent. 100 per cent of our graduates in the last two year have gone on to full time employment, no longer requiring financial benefits. They have grown in their understanding of their faith and gained an NVQ qualification, moved into safe and independent accommodation and been rooted into a church community.
