We are committed to helping each Team Member with life after the MEC.

Upon graduating from our two-year programme, there is either room for further professional development as part of the MEC, or support in seeking further employment elsewhere. Time and again we’ve been able to see our Team Members break free of the cycle of reoffending. The person who served you today is in a better cycle – of achievement, commitment and self-worth.

5 years of the mec

In the past 5 years we have seen 65 apprentices with  a 3.5 percentage of reoffending, compared to the national average of 29 per cent. 80 per cent of our graduates go on to full time employment in an industry of their training, no longer requiring financial benefits. They have grown in their relationship and understanding of Jesus and gained an NVQ qualification, moved into safe and independent accommodation and been rooted into a church community.
